On this 11-day luxury Bhutan Yoga Retreat, we journey through mystical mountains, sacred temples and this richly preserved culture, exploring Bhutan alongside the local people, discovering their unique perspectives and enjoying the light of their inspiring spirits!

Nina has been invited by Exotic Yoga Retreats to be the yoga teacher on this one-of-a-kind boutique experience. 


TEMPLES, TOURS & TREKS

Set in sweeping valleys and perched on cliffs, Bhutan’s wondrous temples, monasteries and fortresses are marvels of architecture and sacred culture. Wherever possible, we approach on foot, as locals do, and we are always in the caring company of our informed Bhutanese guide and driver. Happy to answer all your questions about traditional culture — they will even take you out dancing in Bhutan's capital city for an experience of 21st-century Bhutan!

BHUTANESE CUISINE

Built around grains and vegetables, Bhutanese food is simple, fresh and healthy. Meat is available, but eating vegan or vegetarian is quite easy. Combine these nourishing meals (all included in our package) with invigorating treats such as a mineral-rich Bhutanese hot stone baths and beautiful walks in fields and forests, always with the Himalayas in view.

Experience the power of meditation where mindfulness is naturally integrated into daily life. Hike to hilltop monasteries and temples observing monks’ life–joining in meditation and prayer. Our 1 - 2 daily Hatha/Vinyasa yoga sessions with Nina are designed for mixed levels offering modifications for beginners and greater levels of challenge for advanced students.
